"Forbes" declare : Everything Bagel Sushi Burrito Rolls Into New York City's Uma Temakeria

New York's first sushi burrito restaurant, Uma Temakeria and the city's first Montreal-style bagel shop, Black Seed Bagels, have teamed up to create a special, limited edition Black Seed Bagels Roll. The collaboration between sushi burritos and Canadian-New York bagels was a natural partnership between two trendy food establishments. "The Black Seed team and I have been friends for a long time," born-and-raised New Yorker Chris Jaeckle, chef and owner of Uma Temakeria said. Even Trader Joe's is now selling a jar of Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend, so grocery shoppers across America can shake into the sesame-studded trend. The Black Seed Bagels Roll will be available from March 8 - April 9 at both Uma Temakeria locations (64 7th Ave and at Gotham West Market at 600 11th Ave).
