A new home that's set to hit the market for $35 million will be the largest mansion in New York City. The 70-foot-tall building is the first home designed by Lin, who when she was a 21-year-old student at Yale designed the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. The mansion that's fit for any celebrity was designed by famed architect Maya Lin, who received the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation's highest civilian honor, in November 2016. Andrew Azoulay, of real estate company Douglas Elliman told the New York Post that the 20,000-square foot single-family home, is being constructed at 11 Hubert Street in Tribeca. Some of the home's celeb-style features will include a four-car garage and an 82-foot-long swimming pool.
